Booking & Payment

Your place at the retreat is confirmed once your registration has been completed and payment has been received.

As accommodation is limited and each booking reserves a specific place, registrations are accepted on a first-come, first-served basis.

Cancellation Policy

We encourage all participants to make their booking with the intention of attending.

Due to the limited number of places available and the planning required to deliver the retreat, all bookings are non-refundable.

We understand that unexpected life circumstances can arise. If you are unable to attend due to exceptional circumstances, please contact us as soon as possible. While refunds cannot be guaranteed, we will consider each situation individually and, where appropriate, may offer a partial refund, a transfer to a future retreat, or another suitable arrangement at our discretion.

Participant Responsibility

By attending this retreat, you acknowledge that your participation is voluntary and that you are responsible for your own physical, mental and emotional wellbeing throughout the event.

If you have any medical conditions, injuries or other circumstances that may affect your participation, you agree to inform the organisers prior to the retreat.

Retreat Changes

If the retreat is cancelled by the organisers, participants will receive a full refund of any retreat fees paid. The organisers are not responsible for additional expenses incurred by participants, including but not limited to flights, accommodation booked outside the retreat, travel insurance or other personal travel costs.

Photography & Media

Photographs and video may be taken during the retreat for promotional and educational purposes.

If you do not wish to appear in photographs or video recordings, please notify the organisers before the retreat begins, and we will make every reasonable effort to respect your preference.

Code of Conduct

Participants are expected to treat fellow attendees, facilitators and staff with kindness and respect throughout the retreat.

The organisers reserve the right to ask any participant to leave if their behaviour is disruptive, unsafe or significantly impacts the experience of others. In such circumstances, no refund will be provided.
