This is more than a six-day retreat.
Your journey begins four weeks before we gather, with guided preparation and education, continues through six immersive days of Body Electronics, and carries beyond the retreat with support for integration.

Body Electronics is a healing experience built around you.
Through sustained acupressure sessions, guided eye readings and the Body Language Technique's 5 Steps to Emotional Processing, you're supported to work with your body's own intelligence.
Together, these practices help uncover subconscious patterns, process stored emotions and reconnect you with what your body has been communicating.

No. The retreat is open to both newcomers and returning community. You'll be guided throughout the week, regardless of your level of experience.

Pre-retreat call details will also be sent out via email. -
Yes. Nutritious meals are provided throughout the retreat, along with tea, coffee and refreshments.

Yes. You're welcome to attend with someone else, or on your own. Many people come independently and quickly become part of the retreat community.

Registration closes 15th January 2027, with the first pre-retreat call being one month prior to the retreat.
